Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers
Go-Ahead Group ranked the fifth top apprenticeship employer in the UK in the Department of Education’s Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2023.
In the latest Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers ranking developed by the Department for Education, Go-Ahead has significantly improved its position, moving up eight places from 2022’s ranking of 13th.
Carolyn Ferguson, Group Chief People Officer at the time of the award, said:
“We’re so proud of the results in this year’s rankings. Securing the fifth spot means we’re on the right path, and as we continue to attract the next generation of drivers and engineers, we’ll keep expanding our programme to reflect the diverse communities we serve. Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to start a career in transport, with opportunities for growth and advancement.”
The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list recognises the UK’s best apprenticeship providers for their commitment to training, diversity, and the career progression of their apprentices.
